Care is provided on the basis of need, without regard to the patient’s age, sex, disability, race, religion, or national origin to the extend of our agency’s resources.

Care is provided to foster dignity and respect of each individual with particular attention to those with special needs.

Philosophy

    • We believe that ultimate patient independence promotes self-esteem and dignity within the family unit. Facilitation of self-care needs is a vital part of the home care role.
    • We believe recovery is best facilitated in the patient’s home setting where they are most comfortable and can interact and receive support from family members or significant others.
    • We believe it is of utmost importance to involve the patient and/or family or significant other in the patient’s plan of care. We allow choices and decision based upon their personal beliefs and values, and within the scope of the patient’s rights.
    • We believe in the concept of health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, and political belief, economic or social condition. The agency is committed to providing high quality health care essential to the improvement of physical, mental, and social conditions in the community.
